Finally, here is the first look in the Hunger Games inspired Makeup series! District 12 makeup. I wanted to go for something a little more bold. District 12 is the coal mining district, so i used yellow red and orange to give it that "fire-y" look and black to represent the Coal

For the eyes, I wanted to do a Fire inspired theme

I wanted more of a bolder lip, and i also wanted to try an ombre lip
