Hunger Games district 10 makeup

District 10 is one of the poorer of the thirteen districts of Panem. Its main industry is livestock, and provides beef for the Capitol. Since they are in charge of livestock, it can be assumed that the majority of District 10 is farmland.
When you think of livestock, the first thing that probably comes to mind are: cows, sheep, pigs, chicken, etc. I wanted to base my look off of the Guinnea Fowl, with gray and blue feathers.
For the eyes i wanted to do a gray look with some blue undertones
and i wanted to keep the lips nude
